Enterprise architect

Overview

In this Enterprise Architect role you drive technical strategy to close sales and enable customer success in marketing technology programs. You articulate current and future-state marketing architectures and roadmaps, working across technical, marketing, and C-suite stakeholders. You help realize value through architecture, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, shaping scalable digital experiences. This role offers impact by guiding transformations and aligning technology with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of current-state technology and design future-state marketing architectures
• Develop digital engagement roadmaps and “Art of the Possible” experiences
• Engage with client Technical, Marketing and C-Suite teams to support value realization
• Create compelling architecture narratives and recommendations for technical, marketing, and executive audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose challenges and deliver solutions

Key requirements

• Experience in consultative roles for large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems in Architect/Principal Consultant or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft) focusing on REST APIs, cloud storage, data ingress/egress and security
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and tell a story to diverse stakeholders (technical, marketing, C-suite)
• Strong written/verbal communication skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Lucidchart/Visio
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or MBA or equivalent experience
