Operational Excellence Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the global rollout of operational excellence and continuous improvement frameworks across manufacturing sites. You will drive high-impact improvements autonomously, shaping manufacturing systems and processes while developing and coaching site teams. You’ll work across a multinational manufacturing organisation to deliver efficient, scalable CI programs that support growth and competitive advantage. This is a high-responsibility, highly autonomous role with a strong focus on impact and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Operational Excellence frameworks within the manufacturing team
• Drive change across global sites by identifying and implementing improvements
• Lead strategic implementation of CI initiatives
• Operate with high autonomy as the go-to expert across sites
• Develop and support manufacturing systems and processes
• Support the rollout of global CI and OE programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale improvements
• Grow and develop the internal team through training and development opportunities

Key requirements

• Lean Six Sigma certified
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experience with strategic implementation
• UK Passport / Driving License
