Overview
As a Reporting Analyst, you will develop and optimize reporting solutions across Aftersales and Field Service. You’ll translate data from multiple systems into dashboards and metrics that support operational decisions and customer satisfaction. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure data accuracy and provide insights to improve processes and user experience. Responsibilities
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into impactful reports, dashboards and performance metrics
- Maintain and enhance reporting solutions across Aftersales and Field Service
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems for trusted reporting
- Consolidate data from multiple platforms and enable effective analysis and insights
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- Proven experience producing business reports and actionable insights in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with reporting/visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce would be advantageous
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences
