Management Accountant *GLOBAL CONGLOMERATE*

Overview

In this role you will take end-to-end ownership of multi-entity management accounts within a fast-paced finance team. You’ll deliver P&L reporting with insightful variance commentary and support budgeting and forecasting, helping drive financial understanding across commercial teams. You’ll work closely with non-finance stakeholders to enable cost control while maintaining robust controls and audit-ready documentation. Responsibilities

• Full ownership of multi-entity management accounts and timely delivery
• Production and review of P&L reporting with variance analysis and commentary
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes including analysis of actuals
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive cost control and financial understanding
• Maintain robust financial controls and audit-ready documentation
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required

Key requirements

• Part-qualified or finalist accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Strong technical accounting foundation with hands-on month-end close experience
• Experience owning management accounts in fast-paced environments, preferably in product-led or real estate sectors
• Detail-driven, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Stable career history with progression in current or most recent role
• Collaborative communicator with ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
