Overview

In this role you will optimise and manage workforce data and HR systems to support a world-class People & HR service. You will drive SAP SuccessFactors integration and enhancements, while maintaining data accuracy and governance across SAP and legacy systems. You will lead system-related projects, promote compliance with data protection requirements, and empower users through training and self-service tools. This position sits at the heart of the transformation journey, shaping how people data enables better outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing optimisation and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
  • Manage workforce data, reporting, and processes across SAP SuccessFactors and iTrent during transition
  • Lead workforce systems and data projects, including enhancements and roadmaps
  • Promote data integrity, governance and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Advise on workforce reporting, data management, and process improvements
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, security roles, and data structures
  • Provide first-line technical support, user training, and system documentation
  • Develop guidance to maximise value of workforce systems and self-service features
  • Share best practices and stay updated on workforce analytics and digital HR services

Key requirements

  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
  • SFX Accreditation in multiple modules (desirable)
  • Experience with iTrent and BI4 reporting (desirable)
  • Experience in system administration, data security and integration, and training delivery
  • Analytical, numerical and data visualization skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good understanding of HR policies and employment legislation
  • Confident communicator with strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead system-related projects
