Overview
In this role you will lead international tax matters for a growing group, partnering with senior stakeholders and external advisers to support strategic expansion. You help shape tax strategy, governance, and cross-border initiatives while contributing to financial transformation. You will manage compliance and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions, including US and Australian tax considerations. This is a collaborative, growth-focused role in a dynamic, international business.

Responsibilities
- own international tax matters across the group
- lead transfer pricing policy development and oversight
- drive tax strategy initiatives and governance activities
- advise on financing and capital structure projects
- manage employee equity and share scheme taxation
- oversee international payroll tax matters and R&D tax credits
- support financial transformation initiatives related to growth

Key requirements
- professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, CIMA or equivalent)
- experience in an international tax environment
- strong knowledge of international corporate tax and transfer pricing
- exposure to US or Australian tax regulations
