Overview

In this role, you will lead regional talent acquisition for Europe, aligning hiring with ADP’s business goals. You’ll partner with leaders, deliver market intelligence, and shape sourcing and assessment strategies across sales and marketing functions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, influence stakeholder decisions, and drive a positive candidate experience. This role offers visibility to global hiring initiatives and opportunities to influence talent strategy and employer branding.

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring needs for European core sales and marketing functions, with regional and global coverage as needed
  • Coordinate strategic hiring projects across divisions and regions
  • Act as trusted advisor, delivering market insights and stakeholder partnerships
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for assigned client groups (engagement, assessment, interviews, offers, closure)
  • Develop partnerships with managers, HR, operations, and support functions
  • Maintain active talent pipelines and ensure positive candidate/stakeholder experiences
  • Facilitate behavioural-based interviewing and maintain hiring manager licenses to hire
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, including ADP Careers social media and digital platforms
  • Leverage data, market intelligence, and technology to drive talent attraction
  • Deliver measurable hiring outcomes through process discipline and quality of experience
  • Oversee internal applicant and employee referral processes

Key requirements

  • Proven success in volume and specialist recruitment in a consultative environment
  • Experience with behavioural interviewing and structured assessments
  • Experience with recruitment technology and digital platforms (ATS, CRM, social media, video interviewing)
  • Strong candidate assessment and screening knowledge
  • Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of diversity hiring tools and practices
  • Knowledge of local employment law
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence without authority, lead projects, and deliver results
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment tech, including AI-driven tools and data insights
  • Based within commutable distance of Staines; right to work in the UK; fluent English
