Responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle new build transactions
• Oversee remortgages
• Take on more complex residential matters
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
• Engage with a broad client base from first-time buyers to high-value properties

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Client-focused approach and excellent communication
