Private Client Lawyer – Gloucester

Overview

In this role you will manage a private client caseload covering wills, probate, Court of Protection, tax and estates, and trusts from the Moreton in Marsh office. You will work in a small, community-focused firm where strong technical ability and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision are essential. The position is client-facing and requires confident, clear communication with high professional standards. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a locally rooted practice with a heritage in the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Tax & Estates and Trusts matters
• Maintain client relationships and present a professional, client-focused service
• Work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality legal work
• Contribute to the firm’s private client practice and meet clients face-to-face

Key requirements

• 3–5 years PQE (preferred)
• strong technical experience in private client matters
• client-facing with exceptional communication skills
• able to work with minimal supervision
