Overview

In this role you will service a portfolio of maritime partners and support their international payments and FX needs. You will work closely with multiple internal teams to resolve queries efficiently while expanding partnerships. You’ll gain a broad understanding of FX, payments, compliance, and maritime operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Service partners and their clients across APIs, FX and international payments
  • Execute FX trades with multiple liquidity providers on various trading platforms
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries via phone and email
  • Develop understanding of processes across departments (screening, operations, reconciliation, compliance, treasury, tech)
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Assist partners in growing their businesses using product knowledge

Key requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Degree level education preferred
  • Strong mathematical/analytical/legal background
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience advantageous
  • Minimum of one year in finance or maritime industry in sales, compliance, or middle office (desired)
