Senior Manager, Asset Servicing, Back Office, Investment Management and Wealth

Overview

In this role you will shape and deliver Deloitte’s Asset Servicing proposition within the Investment Management & Wealth Consulting practice. You will lead large back-office transformation initiatives, driving digital adoption and operational efficiencies for asset servicers. You’ll mentor teams, strengthen senior client relationships, and contribute to business development and intellectual capital. Responsibilities

• Lead and expand back-office asset servicing expertise and market presence
• Oversee delivery of complex client engagements and large programmes with strong client outcomes
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level practitioners
• Contribute to the growth of the investment management practice and asset servicing propositions
• Cultivate senior-level client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Support proposal writing and client presentations for new engagements

Key requirements

• Extensive industry experience in Investment Management Asset Servicing (Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody)
• Big 4 consulting background or equivalent, at Senior Manager level or above
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in back-office functions
• Proven ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Understanding of operating model concepts, technology integration, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
• Understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory frameworks
