Remote Operations/Senior Business Manager

Overview

In this role you will help shape and scale our operations by partnering with senior leaders to drive efficiency, process improvements and strategic initiatives. You’ll build robust infrastructure and systems to support growth, balancing day-to-day activity with longer-term improvement projects. Working remotely with occasional travel, you’ll influence across functions and engage stakeholders to deliver the organisation’s objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on organisational effectiveness and growth.
