Overview
In this City London role, you will lead the HR function for a UK electricity utilities client with 3,000+ employees. You drive people strategy, policy, and operational HR across a large in-house team, ensuring effective recruitment, disciplinary processes, and TUPE handling. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR priorities with business goals and sustain a high-performance culture. This is a strategic, hands-on head of HR position in a regulated sector with a strong impact on workforce effectiveness. A formal HR qualification and substantial leadership experience are essential.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and talent management across a large in-house HR team

Key requirements
- 10–20 years of HR experience at a senior level
