Client Implementation & Transitions Coordinator, Officer

Overview

In this role you will coordinate end-to-end client onboarding, transitions and change events to enable successful asset servicing from day one. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, and ensure risk-aware execution and exceptional client experience. The position sits within the Client Implementation & Transitions team at State Street Investment Management, a leading asset manager with global reach. Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, transition and change events within timelines
• Manage multiple implementation projects with quality and control
• Serve as primary coordination point for stakeholders during the lifecycle
• Facilitate interactions with Custodians and Administrators for setup
• Complete market opening and trading documentation
• Coordinate transaction processing and resolve exceptions
• Prepare front/m Middle/Back-office readiness for event delivery
• Work with Contracting and KYC/AML to complete legal administration
• Ensure accurate static data setup and maintain reference data
• Update checklists and event scheduling to support risk-free delivery
• Deliver exceptional client experience before, during and after events
• Chair meetings pre/during/post event and resolve queries
