Finance Operations Manager (Design)

Overview

In this newly created role, you will lead the accounts payable function and own cashflow, reporting to the Financial Controller. You’ll manage a small AP team in a global design business with growth potential and cross-border activities. The role emphasizes controls, governance, and process improvements across finance operations to support scale. You will work closely with the Financial Controller to optimize long-term processes and system efficiency.

• Full ownership of financial operations for the group

Key requirements

• Proven team leader with ability to influence finance teams
• Experience collaborating with a Financial Controller to improve processes
• Experience in high-volume environments
