AI/ML Quality Engineering

Overview

In this role, you own the engineering delivery roadmap and partner with client leadership to align technical plans with business goals. You lead AI-driven transformation across the engineering lifecycle, from tooling to embedding AI/ML in products with cost and speed in mind. You take end-to-end ownership of scalable, cloud-native systems and work with product, design, and engineering teams to set priorities and architecture. You will mentor the Zensar engineering team and represent tech governance in client forums. You help shape a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture across the joint teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering delivery roadmap in close collaboration with client leadership
• Drive AI adoption across the engineering lifecycle and product integration
• Take end-to-end accountability for design, build, and delivery of cloud-native systems
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape priorities and architecture
• Mentor and grow the Zensar engineering team, embedding best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD
• Represent engineering in governance, budgeting, and leadership reporting; surface bottlenecks and debt early
• Bridge Zensar’s advanced engineering practices into the customer landscape and participate in leadership forums
• Champion a healthy, inclusive, high-performing engineering culture across merged teams
