Overview
In this Senior CSM role for EMEA, you guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal of Immuta’s Data Authorization Platform. You partner with senior stakeholders to define success and drive measurable outcomes, spanning data governance, security, and compliance across multi-country environments. You influence adoption at scale via cross-functional collaboration and value-driven engagements. This remote London-area role offers meaningful impact shaping governance for data-enabled business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Define outcomes and success metrics with senior stakeholders and build adoption roadmaps.
- Lead onboarding, deployment, and integration across modern data platforms and cloud environments.
- Manage enterprise relationships across EMEA through onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Monitor health, usage, risks, and renewal forecasts; create mitigation plans.
- Conduct business reviews and enablement programs to communicate value and align stakeholders.
- Advise on data governance, access control, privacy, security, and regional requirements (GDPR, data residency).
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and delivery teams to resolve blockers and align with roadmap.
- Capture feedback and market insights to inform product and CS practices.
- Identify opportunities for additional use cases, advocacy, and expansion.
- Contribute to regional CS playbooks and best practices to improve scale in EMEA.
Key requirements
- 5–8 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or equivalent in enterprise SaaS/cloud/data environments.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Experience across multiple EMEA countries and understanding of regional business and regulatory contexts.
- Working knowledge of modern data ecosystems and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Starburst, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, security, access control, GDPR, and data residency concepts.
- Strategic account management: develop success plans, interpret health signals, manage risk, link adoption to business value.
- Project management: coordinate multiple complex initiatives and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication; able to engage technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and delivery teams.
- Languages: English professional fluency; additional European languages an advantage.
