Responsibilities
- advise on corporate and commercial matters for owner‑managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and larger corporates
- manage transactions from instruction to completion, including drafting and negotiating key documentation
- collaborate with commercial, employment, property and private wealth teams to deliver integrated advice
- contribute to business development and strengthen the firm’s market presence
- build lasting client relationships and provide clear, practical advice
Key requirements
- qualified Solicitor or equivalent
- 3+ years PQE in Corporate law
- solid track record across corporate transactions and company law
