Residential Conveyancer – Plymouth

In this role you will handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, contributing to a busy Plymouth conveyancing team. You will work in a flexible environment with part-time or full-time options, including partial remote working, while delivering high-quality client care. You help the firm manage diverse cases such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, shaping outcomes for clients. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, registered/unregistered land, shared ownership, let properties, new builds, and transfers of equity
• Work as part of a busy conveyancing team while independently managing own workload
• Provide high-quality client care and build trusted relationships
• Support the firm’s conveyancing processes and compliance

Key requirements

• Experienced Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer
• Proven ability to work in a busy conveyancing team and independently manage caseloads
• Strong understanding of residential property transactions
• Good communication and client service
