Overview

In this role, you will lead the Capital Programme data systems and databases, ensuring accurate portfolio data and robust reporting to support strategic decisions. You’ll manage a team and collaborate with partners to implement and maintain systems that underpin governance and delivery of major and minor capital projects. You will shape data frameworks, configuration and audit processes, contributing to on-time, on-budget project outcomes in a dynamic public-sector environment. This is a chance to influence city-scale capital delivery and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, reporting and continuous improvement of Capital Programme systems and databases
  • Manage staff through direct and matrix reporting structures
  • Ensure data for the full portfolio is accurate and complete
  • Contribute to project delivery on time, to budget and quality
  • Create strategic data collection, management and retention frameworks and develop analytical reporting for decision-making
  • Support planning management, document control, configuration management, change management and audit processes
