Strategy Analytics Manager

Overview

As Strategy Analytics Manager/Senior Manager – Operations, you will be the COO’s analytical partner, blending strategic judgement with hands-on delivery to boost operational performance. You will lead a small team while personally delivering high-priority analyses using SQL and Python, shaping reporting, forecasting and efficiency initiatives. You’ll work across front- and back-office operations to drive scalable, data-informed decisions that improve customer outcomes. This role offers impact across operations, automation and strategic measurement within a fast-growing fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own Operations MI and KPI reporting across front-office and back-office teams
• Define and govern KPIs for demand, throughput, productivity, quality and customer outcomes
• Identify friction points in processes and customer journeys to drive improvements
• Develop north-star metrics to track operational effectiveness and scalability
• Lead workflow optimisation and partner with Transformation, Product and Ops to prioritise high-value changes
• Own analytical cycle for demand, forecasting, capacity planning and resource decisions
• Assess automation/AI initiatives, defining hypotheses, baselines and success metrics
• Translate analysis into actionable decisions and ownership for senior leaders

Key requirements

• Strong SQL and Python
