Overview
In this role you support customers on their hearing journey within a modern clinic, helping to deliver high-quality care under supervision. You gain hands-on experience with hearing technology and aftercare while preparing for a career in audiology. You work closely with Audiologists to smooth clinic flow and patient preparation, contributing to a customer-centred service. This role offers structured training, clear progression, and a real pathway into audiology through Boots Hearingcare Academy and QHAD.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional manner
- Conduct hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks
- Assist with hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting
- Support clinic flow and patient preparation for Audiologists
- Discuss hearing health and next steps with customers
- Manage appointments and customer records accurately
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-centric service
- Contribute to a compliant and well-organised clinic environment
Key requirements
- GCSEs in Maths, English and Science or equivalent
- Strong performance and customer focus
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and administration capabilities
