In this Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor role, you will advise owner-managed businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurs on company law, contracts and corporate transactions within an established Company Commercial team. You’ll have autonomy, direct client access and the opportunity to influence the team’s direction in a fast-paced, collaborative culture. Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in company commercial work
• Strong experience in company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions
• Attention to detail and outstanding client service
