Overview

In this role you will lead and coordinate multi-channel branding projects across clients, ensuring on-time delivery and high creative integrity. You will partner closely with Client Services, Creative and Strategy to align briefs with business goals, while driving efficient processes and stakeholder trust. You help scale operations in a fast-paced design hub, balancing client needs with creative excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead a range of projects with diverse deliverables and stakeholders to deliver on creative intent across channels
  • Manage multiple project timelines across several clients within a Design Hub, meeting deadlines and delivering tangible outputs
  • Create and maintain project documentation: scopes of work, change requests, timelines, and resourcing plans
  • Maintain project management and resourcing tools; ensure burn rates and financial reports are up to date
  • Initiate client and internal reviews at milestones and promote best-in-class ways of working
  • embraced new tools and technology and share learnings with the team
  • Build strong client relationships as day-to-day project lead in partnership with Client Services
  • Analyze briefs to understand full requirements and set right-first-time project plans within budget
  • Proactively respond to client requests and drive projects through the studio to exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with Creative and Strategy to preserve creative intent across mediums and identify right talent
  • Proactively manage communications across diverse teams and adapt messaging to audience
  • Suggest ideas and solutions aligned with the client’s brand and business goals
  • Monitor latest technology and trends to inspire and define new creative approaches
  • Forecast and report to flag risks early and drive profitability
  • Motivate and develop teams, manage conflicts calmly, and maintain integrity and reliability
  • Adapt to change quickly and calmly across stakeholders

Key requirements

  • Senior Program/Project Management experience in branding, design, or a creative agency or in-house studio
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and client relationships with strong prioritisation and time-management
  • Ability to create and manage project documentation (scopes of work, change requests, timelines, resourcing plans)
  • Strong understanding of creative processes and preserving intent across mediums
  • Experience partnering with Client Services to manage client expectations and deliver consistency
  • Commercial awareness with project quoting, resourcing, burn rates, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication adaptable to different audiences and seniority
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to planning across workstreams
  • Comfort with conflict and change management under pressure
  • Strong relationship-building with internal and external partners
  • Proficiency with project management and resourcing tools and openness to new technology
