Overview
In this Technical Product Manager role, you own the strategic roadmap for Investor Services platforms, bridging product vision with engineering execution. You’ll lead complex programs end-to-end, shape AI-enabled capabilities, and challenge architectural choices with hands-on coding insight. Work across Technology, Operations, and Sales in a global, regulated environment to drive client adoption and measurable product success. This is an AI-native, data-driven role at the heart of Citi Velocity and Citi Direct initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap for strategic platform changes in collaboration with engineering and leadership
- Lead end-to-end programs—from inception to data migration, integration, testing, and client adoption
- Establish and track OKRs and feedback loops to improve delivery frameworks
- Identify AI, LLMs, and agentic automation opportunities to transform workflows
- Build strong relationships across Technology, Operations, Product, Sales, and Client Services
- Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards throughout the lifecycle
- Prototype solutions and participate in technical design using Java, React, or Python
- Evaluate AI architectures and trade-offs for production deployment (latency, cost, safety)
- Translate business needs into technical specs and guide architecture discussions
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to drive adoption and manage risks
Key requirements
- Significant Product Management experience in Investor Services or Financial Services with roadmaps and OKRs
- Ability to read/write code in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and CI/CD
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, and production deployment considerations
- Experience with data migration, platform modernization, or digital transformation
- Client-facing experience and ability to manage expectations
- Proven ability to manage complex interdependencies between product development and delivery
- Leadership presence to influence cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
