Responsibilities
- Advise on UK and international data protection frameworks and compliance
- Support data governance, risk management and regulatory strategy for clients
- Assist with data breaches, cyber incidents and regulatory investigations
- Advise on use of emerging technologies, including AI and digital platforms
- Support cross-border data issues and international data transfers
- Collaborate with clients to deliver practical, commercially-focused solutions
Key requirements
- Newly qualified or up to 2 years PQE, with exposure to data privacy, IT or regulatory work
- Strong interest in data, technology and innovation
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
