Overview
In this Production Director role, you will lead manufacturing for a metal products manufacturer, acting as the face of the business to clients and the board. You’ll drive production planning, quality, and cost controls while shaping operations with a high degree of autonomy. You will work closely with a cross-functional leadership team to deliver growth and efficiency improvements within a financially secure, long-standing company. This is an opportunity to influence culture, mentor teams from shop floor to leadership, and support continued progression within the group.

Key requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing organisation producing metals, machinery, or components
- Track record of driving growth and delivering efficiencies in a similar environment
- Open to candidates with roles such as General Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, Works Manager, Head of Production or Head of Manufacturing
