Finance Manager *Start-up Media*

Overview

In this Financial Controller role, you drive the finance function in a fast-growth tech business, reporting to the CFO and leading two juniors. You own financial management, statutory reporting, cash flow, budgeting and analysis, while partnering with non-finance leaders. You will oversee audits and support the scale-up of a growing London team. This is a hands-on role with high exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to shape the company’s financial processes as it expands.

Responsibilities

• Own financial management in a commercial setting
• Prepare statutory accounts to FRS102 and liaise with auditors
• Manage cash flow and oversee budgeting vs forecast
• Conduct business analysis and partner with non-finance leaders
• Supervise audits

Key requirements

• Fully qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
• US GAAP experience
• Consolidations experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growth, fast-moving environment
