Responsibilities

• Delivering legal updates, horizon scanning and regulatory insights
• Creating and maintaining market-leading precedents and know-how resources
• Developing and delivering engaging legal training programmes
• Championing AI, legal technology and innovation initiatives

Key requirements

• Experienced funds lawyer
• Professional Support Lawyer background or willingness to assume PSL responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of funds sector (private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, international funds)
