Responsibilities

• Handle a range of corporate and commercial matters for diverse clients
• Manage and advise on transactional and advisory work in corporate law
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (supply, distribution, franchise, general terms)
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and departmental strategy
• Collaborate with cross-office teams to deliver high-caliber work
• Represent the firm in client relations and external events

• Strong corporate experience (transactional and advisory)
