Overview

As a Senior SQL Developer, you will help shape a fast-growing SaaS platform by leveraging your SQL expertise to drive data-driven solutions. You will lead from the front on solution configurations and the development/testing of low-code efforts, aligning with business goals. The role emphasizes mentoring, cross-team collaboration, and delivering robust data tooling, including reconciliations and reporting. Responsibilities

• Act as SME for solution configurations and lead implementation/testing of low-code solutions
• Scope development/testing projects and timelines to meet business objectives
• Mentor and review team output, with signoffs and release validation
• Coordinate with technical and other teams to align with goals
• Promote Agile practices and stay updated on trends and tech; contribute to standups and delivery cadence

Key requirements

• Proven software development experience in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills (data querying, manipulation, performance tuning)
• Track record of developing reconciliation tools or working with reconciliation software
• SSRS/PowerBI/reporting experience
• Strong unit, end-to-end, and acceptance testing capabilities
• Ability to drive technical projects and liaise with multi-disciplinary staff
• Willingness to mentor internal staff and liaise with external representatives
