Overview
As Product Strategy Analyst for New Customers, you shape how SMEs become iwoca customers—from sign-up flow to lending terms. You’ll steer experiments and prioritise initiatives that improve conversion and long-term value. You’ll balance speed, risk, and accuracy in a cross-functional team, collaborating with data scientists and engineers. This role offers influence over the onboarding journey and lending models, with a clear path to leadership as you help scale impact.

Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize initiatives to optimise the new-customer journey and onboarding process
- Design, run, and interpret controlled experiments on the customer journey and loan features
- Identify drop-off points and commercial opportunities across the conversion funnel and propose actions
- Manage analytical and strategic projects end-to-end and present findings to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Team Lead to shape long-term roadmap and grow into a Team Lead role
Key requirements
- Commercial analytics experience across strategy, analytics, product, finance, or consulting
- STEM background with strong quantitative foundations
- First-principles problem solving and systematic iteration
- Clear, concise communication tailored to audience
- Experience with AI workflows or using AI for analyses or prototypes
