Overview

In this role, you will lead medium to large technology change initiatives for Corporate Real Estate (CRE), coordinating across multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders. You’ll govern and oversee delivery from planning to implementation and handover, ensuring smooth transition into business-as-usual. You will shape infrastructure and workplace technology programs within Lloyd’s Change Delivery Framework, contributing to a secure, efficient, and modern working environment. This is a visible opportunity to influence technology and services that support Lloyd’s global market. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to deliver impact at scale and maintain strong governance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

  • Own medium/large technology change initiatives across multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders from planning to implementation and handover
  • Lead CRE-focused technology and infrastructure projects within the Change Delivery Framework (CDF)
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and governance documentation
  • Coordinate delivery across technology, operational teams and external suppliers
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, System Managers and Tower Delivery Leads to manage dependencies
  • Support infrastructure modernisation, migrations, office fit-outs and workplace technology change
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and blockers
  • Control scope, budgets, timelines and quality standards
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects into operational support
  • Provide clear reporting, maintain delivery transparency and support audit readiness
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and build cross-organisational relationships

Key requirements

  • Proven experience delivering technology infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing project budgets from 100k to 1m
  • Strong third-party supplier and vendor management capability
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams
  • Knowledge of office fit-outs, workplace technology, networking and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, planning and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage risk, handle complexity and maintain momentum
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Prince2, PMP or equivalent project management qualification
  • Exposure to infrastructure transformation, cloud migration or operational change programmes
