In this Bristol-based role you will support the non-contentious construction practice, advising on legislation and contract practice while drafting and negotiating key agreements. Responsibilities
- Advise on construction legislation and practice
- Draft and negotiate JCT and NEC contracts with bespoke amendments
- Prepare and negotiate professional consultant appointments
- Draft and negotiate collateral warranties, bonds, and guarantees
- Apply strong contract law knowledge and dispute resolution processes
- Engage with energy projects experience as a desirable, not essential
