SAP Scrum Master

Overview

In this role you will lead SAP delivery as a hands-on Scrum Master, ensuring sprint execution and removing blockers in a complex SAP landscape. You will collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate delivery challenges into actionable solutions. With a strong SAP programme background, you drive accountability and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This is a delivery leadership role that goes beyond facilitation, influencing outcomes across SAP projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery remains on track and drive sprint execution
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate complex delivery challenges into actionable solutions
• Discuss functional SAP requirements with technical and business stakeholders
• Improve delivery performance, sprint predictability and stakeholder engagement
• Manage risks and challenging conversations when required
• Utilise Azure DevOps and Agile tooling in delivery processes

Key requirements

• Proven Scrum Master experience within SAP environments
• Deep understanding of SAP delivery and implementation programmes
• Comfort discussing functional SAP requirements with tech and business stakeholders
• Strong track record of improving delivery performance and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
• Confident managing risks and dependencies
• Experience using Azure DevOps and Agile delivery tooling
