Responsibilities

• Advise on complex real estate finance transactions (bilateral, syndicated, structured)
• Support lenders and borrowers across various real estate sectors
• Manage LMA-based documentation with confidence
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Corporate and Tax teams
• Engage in marketing, client events, training and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• 1-5 years’ post-qualified experience in real estate finance or banking & finance
• Solid understanding of LMA documentation
