Overview
As a Senior Manager in CFO Advisory, you will work directly with founders, CEOs and senior leadership to guide high-growth businesses through rapid expansion. You’ll apply commercial insight to improve financial performance, strengthen decision-making, and drive sustainable growth across transformation and growth initiatives. This role sits in a fast-growing advisory practice, offering close collaboration with experienced professionals and significant exposure to entrepreneurial environments. You will help shape the future direction of the practice while solving complex business challenges for ambitious leadership teams.

Responsibilities
- Partner with founders, CEOs and senior leaders to guide growth and strategic decision-making
- Lead growth, transformation and performance improvement initiatives for a portfolio of high-growth businesses
- Deliver advisory support on business transformation, performance improvement and growth planning
- Engage with stakeholders across client organizations to drive value creation and sustainable change
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advisory insights into operational and commercial plans
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to leadership teams
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant with background in Big Four or leading professional services
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial organisations
- Genuine interest in advisory work and helping clients achieve strategic objectives
