Overview
In this role you will drive growth and service excellence as a US Property Broker within a growing Lloyd’s broker. You’ll handle full 360 responsibilities—from business development and client servicing to placement in Lloyd’s and company markets—specialising in North American Property risks. You’ll produce technical documentation (including MRC slips) and build relationships with US agents and international clients to upsell and cross-sell. Joining a collaborative, growth‑minded team, you’ll help expand the US Property portfolio and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage client accounts for US Property risks
- Service clients and coordinate 360-degree placements in Lloyd’s and company markets
- Produce technical documentation, including MRC slips
- Upsell and cross-sell property-related products to US agents and clients
- Build relationships with third-party brokers and international clients to support growth
- Handle complex US Property risks (Binder and Open Market) and negotiate terms with Lloyd’s underwriters
- Prioritise workloads and communicate effectively within a small, growing team
- Produce and develop own technical documentation
Key requirements
- Experience as a Producing Broker or Divisional Director handling complex US Property risks
- Confident in dealing with US agents/clients and negotiating terms with Lloyd’s underwriters
- Proven ability to place US Property risks on Binders and Open Market
- Ability to produce technical documentation and manage dual Lloyd’s Broker roles
- Strong client management and ability to prioritise workload in a team environment
- Adaptability and motivation to grow within a diverse team
