- Advise on high-value development, real estate, and infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across real estate, planning, banking and corporate
- Contribute to delivery of large-scale, complex projects for high-profile clients
- Support career progression and knowledge sharing within a top-tier firm
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to manage complex workloads and expectations
Key requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE in construction law (non-contentious)
- Experience advising on complex built environment/real estate development matters
- Commercially minded with ability to manage a varied workload
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and keen to develop within a high-performing team
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland)
