Financial Controller

Overview

In this Finance Manager role, you will support day-to-day finance activities and help the business navigate its growth path. You will work closely with the CFO in a collaborative SME setting, handling financial reporting, budgeting, and controls while supporting overseas entities. A key focus is driving improvements post-ERP implementation and strengthening the finance function across international operations. This is a broad, hands-on position with exposure to shaping systems, processes, and commercial decision-making.

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification ideal; part-qualified or qualified by experience considered
• Previous Finance Manager, Financial Controller or senior finance experience
• Manufacturing or product-based industry experience desirable
• Experience in growing SME environment
• Exposure to international operations and ERP systems
• Proactive, hands-on finance professional capable of strategic and operational work
