In this Tax Advisor role you will support a diverse client base with tax compliance and advisory work, helping high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses with planning and strategy. You’ll work with seasoned tax specialists and partners in a growth-focused, supportive environment, moving beyond pure compliance to advisory delivery. You’ll handle planning, restructuring, and capital‑gains/inheritance tax matters, adding value through informed guidance. Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory support across a varied client portfolio
• Assist with tax planning projects for HNWIs and owner-managed businesses
• Support succession planning, remuneration planning, and profit extraction strategies
• Advise clients on capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and personal tax matters
• Assist with corporate restructuring and business planning assignments
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
• Keep up to date with legislative changes and identify value-adding opportunities

Key requirements

• Experience in a professional practice tax environment
• ATT qualified, CTA studying, or qualified by experience
• Strong technical tax knowledge with a desire to develop advisory capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and commercial approach to client service
