Overview

As Senior Product Manager for Credit Cards Originations, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience from first interaction to onboarding. You will shape the roadmap, partnering with Credit and Fraud to optimize eligibility, affordability, decisioning, pricing and fraud controls. You’ll lead a product squad, align cross-functional teams, and drive profitable new-account growth and improved conversion. You’ll apply data-driven insights and explore partnerships and AI-enabled improvements to scale impact.

Responsibilities

  • Set the direction and roadmap for Credit Cards Originations from first interaction through onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to boost profitable new-account growth using customer, commercial and risk signals
  • Translate credit strategy and pricing into scalable product capabilities and customer experiences
  • Lead a squad of engineers and collaborate with decisioning, design, analytics and operations
  • Improve conversion by simplifying journeys and reducing referrals
  • Shape partnerships and data opportunities, including open-banking and third-party propositions
  • Make pragmatic trade-offs across customer outcomes, economics, risk, quality and delivery speed
  • Develop the team’s ways of working and leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and quality

Key requirements

  • Owned measurable commercial and customer outcomes in a complex digital product area
  • Able to turn ambiguity into clear direction, roadmap and success metrics
  • Sound commercial judgement balancing growth, conversion, unit economics and risk
  • Accountable for clear goals and KPIs and adaptable when evidence requires change
  • Strong product–engineering partnership and end-to-end execution from discovery to launch and iteration
