Overview

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of product capabilities, trading workflows and infrastructure for State Street Markets FX Sales, Trading and eFX teams. You will collaborate with Sales, Trading and eFX across multiple sites and partner with Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk and Legal to translate strategy into production. You will shape client-facing products and trading infrastructure while aligning with regulatory requirements and strategic priorities. This is an opportunity to drive impact across FX, FX Options, Futures and Interest Rate Derivatives in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify necessary products, trading infrastructure and operating models for strategy execution
  • Define product features, workflows and visual artifacts to crystallize usage and assign process owners
  • Collaborate with technology to deliver solutions meeting product requirements
  • Understand full trading flow life cycle and business priorities
  • Review and evaluate business and user needs to propose solutions
  • Identify and frame risks and issues; ensure timely resolution or escalation
  • Define trading workflows, policies and procedures
  • Communicate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Build relationships with Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement and other partners to create robust solutions

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or Business Analysis
  • Subject matter expertise in trading and capital markets (FX, Rates, Fixed Income)
  • Proven track record delivering multiple projects in complex organizations
  • Strong ability to interact, negotiate and influence across management levels
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and consultative abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree
