Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of clients and advise on Capital Allowances, Land Remediation Relief and related tax matters
• Collaborate with Partners, Directors and the wider tax practice to provide strategic, commercially-focused advice
• Lead complex projects and oversee delivery of assignments for senior stakeholders
• Identify and pursue valuable tax-saving opportunities for clients and intermediaries
• Drive client relationship management and business development to grow the specialist practice
• Support development of junior team members and contribute to practice growth initiatives
• Engage with senior decision-makers and contribute to national network initiatives

Key requirements

• Strong technical background in Capital Allowances; ideally experience with Land Remediation Relief
• Experience managing complex client engagements and leading projects
• Ability to deliver commercially focused advice to clients and intermediaries
• Professional tax qualification such as CTA or ATT
• Strong leadership skills and experience developing junior colleagues
• Background in specialist Capital Allowances advisory, Property Tax or related field
• Proven ability to identify business development opportunities and build long-term client relationships
