Contract Senior Product Designer

Overview

In this role, you will lead end-to-end product design to translate client needs into tangible, high-quality digital solutions. You’ll work within a design team to shape discovery, UX, UI, and design systems, while applying inclusive and scalable design principles. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment to balance user goals with business and technical constraints. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Conduct UX work including user journeys, wireframes, information architecture, and prototyping
• Develop and maintain design systems with a strong focus on accessibility
• Collaborate in Agile environments with multidisciplinary teams
• Engage stakeholders to influence decisions and align on outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions across discovery, ideation, and validation
• Balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints to deliver high-quality products
