Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for Asset Servicing opportunities, shaping response strategies and win messaging. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and subject matter experts to gather content and craft persuasive submissions. You’ll manage timelines, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely, high-quality responses. You will maintain and enhance content libraries and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for Asset Servicing opportunities
  • Develop response strategies, executive themes, and win messaging aligned to client priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate content
  • Write, edit, and refine persuasive responses that articulate BNY’s capabilities and differentiators
  • Manage timelines, stakeholder engagement, reviews, and approvals for on-time submissions
  • Maintain and enhance content libraries with reusable content and best practices
  • Leverage Loopio, AI-enabled tools, and Microsoft 365 to improve quality and efficiency
  • Ensure responses comply with governance, risk, regulatory, and information security requirements

Key requirements

  • Experience preparing RFP/RFI/DDQ responses in financial services, asset servicing, asset management, or alternative investments
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Loopio, Microsoft 365, and content management platforms
  • Knowledge of operational risk, SOC 1/SOC 2, ISO frameworks, KYC/AML, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of Asset Management and Alternative Investment products and services
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
