Overview
In this role you will manage a fast-paced residential conveyancing caseload with a focus on a retirement living niche after training. You will work within a well-established, people-focused firm that prioritizes development and promotion from within. The position combines high-volume transactional work with the opportunity to specialise and build expertise in a growing sector. You will collaborate with the team to deliver clear, client-friendly guidance and maintain strong organisational standards.

Responsibilities
- Manage own residential conveyancing caseload (freehold/leasehold)
- Handle sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions
- Coordinate dual transactions (seller and retirement living purchase)
- Work on time-sensitive cases with strong communication and organisation
- Explain legal concepts clearly to an older client base
- Support retirement living specialization through training and practice
Key requirements
- 1 to 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong foundation in residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort with Excel and case management systems; able to meet financial targets
- Willingness to specialise in retirement living with full training
- Excellent telephone manner
