Artificial Intelligence Product Manager, PBWM

Overview

In this role you will shape the strategy and vision for PBWM’s strategic AI themes, elevating client engagement and RM productivity. You will lead cross-functional delivery, own the AI roadmap, and ensure risk governance within defined appetite. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic themes into measurable outcomes, driving scalable AI solutions in private banking. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at the intersection of technology, business strategy and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy and product vision for PBWM’s strategic AI themes
• Lead an Agile development team and align stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives
• Own roadmap, backlog, and operating rhythm for relevant areas
• Understand client needs and drive key metrics
• Manage risks and governance, with mechanisms to identify, report and mitigate risk within risk appetite
• Validate AI models before and after deployment and oversee governance and maintenance
• Collaborate, educate and coach teams across the organization
• Build and optimize business and technical processes
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Synthesize insights from customer research to inform strategy

Key requirements

• Experience with AI-powered products and knowledge of underlying technologies
• Ability to shape and drive strategy in ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management and TOFU (top-of-funnel) skills
• Experience delivering PBWM strategic AI products
• Experience validating AI models pre- and post-go-live
• Experience in AI model governance and maintenance
• Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, educate and coach
• Understanding of ML and NLP capabilities and limitations
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience generating insights via customer research and diverse methodologies
• Familiarity with innovation and design thinking methodologies
