As an Associate Planning Lawyer in Cardiff, you work on high-profile planning projects for public and private sector clients, from urban extensions to major regeneration schemes. You join a nationally recognised planning team to provide clear, commercially astute advice and expert drafting. You will handle litigation steps, manage deadlines, and advise on planning processes. Responsibilities
- Drafting key documents including s106 agreements, planning reports, and litigation materials
- Handling litigation: pre-action correspondence, pleadings, liaising with courts, and preparing trial bundles
- Tracking critical deadlines and ensuring procedural compliance
- Advising clients on planning systems and processes with clarity and precision
