Overview

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in our Real Estate team, you will lead diverse projects from housing to social infrastructure, focusing on cladding, structural and fire safety remediation. You’ll work with public sector and developer clients, shaping delivery strategies and governance. This role offers exposure across central and local government projects, promoting safer, compliant buildings at scale. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful outcomes for clients and society.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cladding, structural, and fire safety remediation projects from inception to completion
  • Lead client relationships with developer and public sector stakeholders
  • Provide advisory support for cladding remediation funding streams
  • Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • Establish efficient project processes and systems
  • Produce detailed project plans and monitor progress
  • Document changes and prepare progress reports
  • Prepare client-facing communications and formal reports
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and designers; attend meetings and draft minutes

Key requirements

  • Recognised professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, or membership of an engineering professional body
  • Experience in residential remediation project delivery is advantageous
  • Good understanding of Building Safety Act and HRB processes
  • Background in Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, or forensic building diagnosis
